My name as you may have guessed is Stephen. The best way to describe is one simple word. It a very short, yet sublime word. I am a ... geek. I live, breathe and eat computers. (Those computer chips are quite tasty with cheese dip.)
By day, I am a Unix System Administrator for the Department of Information Systems of the State of Arkansas.
At night and on the weekends, I am a Unix System Administrator for my Internet site and computer network at home. (I told you I really into computers, didn't I?)
In my spare time, I work on developing and supporting Spong. Spong is an Open Source Host/Network monitoring package. It's my way of returning a little bit back to the Open Source/Freeway community.
And in my other spare time, I work a bit on my other interests.
If you wish to get in touch with me, my growl is worse then my bite. I tend to keep weird hours, so I can't promise I'll get back you promptly. (But I do try...)
If you'd like a to see what I look like, take a gander here. It was taken with my new Kodak PalmPix Digital Camera. The colors are really muted. It looks like I've got a really bad case of sunburn.
